Terms of sale

1. Scope of Application

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on TATTOO BRUSHFR (the “Store”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

All our products are digital files (brush sets, stamps, 3D models, and other resources for design software).

No physical goods are shipped.
Once your payment is confirmed, your files will be delivered via email with download links.

3. License & Usage

When you buy digital products from us, you receive a commercial license for your own creative work:

✅ You can use the files to create your own designs, tattoos, illustrations, or other artistic works.
✅ You can sell the works you create (e.g., tattoos for clients, printed art, merchandise, digital artwork).
❌ You cannot resell, redistribute, share, gift, or claim the original digital files (brushes, stamps, models) as your own.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in the selected currency and may change at any time without prior notice. Taxes, when applicable, are calculated at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s approved payment providers (e.g., PayPal, credit/debit card, Apple Pay).

5. Delivery

Your download links are sent automatically after payment to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is usually instant but may take up to one hour due to email provider delays or large file sizes.
If you do not receive your files, contact us at support@tattoobrushfrshop.com.

6. Refund & Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds on digital products because they are downloadable and non-returnable.
However, if you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us within 14 days at support@tattoobrushfrshop.com and we will offer an exchange or store credit.

7. Errors & Product Availability

We reserve the right to correct any mistakes in product information or pricing and to cancel or refuse orders if an error occurs. If this happens after payment, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

8. International Sales

Our products are available worldwide. As digital goods, they are not subject to customs duties or import taxes.

9. Intellectual Property

All products and content on this Store remain the intellectual property of TATTOO BRUSHFR. Purchasing does not transfer copyright.
You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the files to create your own works, but you cannot resell or share the original files.
